Rob grew up in Houston, Texas, where he graduated from the University of Houston Law Center. He also holds degrees in philosophy and psychology. Rob moved his law practice to the Texas Hill Country in 2002. He and his wife have always loved the Hill Country and hoped to retire here one day, but they decided not to wait to move to this beautiful area.
